The tiers differ by client count only — every coaching feature (programs, meal plans, messaging, analytics, announcements, My Training) is included on all tiers.

Choosing a tier
Section titled “Choosing a tier”Trainer accounts are paid: choose a tier and billing period in Billing to activate yours. You can set up your profile first — inviting clients needs an active plan. The price is shown in Billing before you pay — see How billing works.
When you’re full
Section titled “When you’re full”Reaching your cap shows Client limit reached. Upgrade in Billing to add more clients.
If you move down a tier while over the limit you never lose clients — existing clients stay fully accessible and only new invites pause until you are back under the cap.
