How billing works

AtgoraX subscriptions are prepaid. You pay for a fixed period up front and your access runs for that whole period.

Periods and payment

• Choose a period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Longer periods cost less per month.
• Prices are set on our server in Kenyan Shillings (KES) — the amount you’re charged is always the current server price for your plan and period.
• Every published price is listed on Plans & prices.
• The exact amount for your plan and period is shown in Billing before you confirm — that figure is the charge.

Ways to pay

All payments are handled securely by Paystack — we never see or store your card or PIN. See Payment methods for the full list.

Currency

Prices can be viewed in USD on our pricing page as a convenience for international customers, but every payment is charged in KES. Your bank or mobile money provider converts at their own rate, so the figure on your statement may differ slightly from the USD figure shown.

Receipts

After every successful payment we email you a receipt confirming the plan, period and amount. This receipt is a payment confirmation, not a tax invoice.

What each persona pays

• Members — the Basic plan costs nothing, for as long as you like. A paid Premium period adds the extras — see Basic and Premium plans. If it ends, you go back to Basic.
• Trainers — a paid tier by client count, activated by your first payment. See Your plans.
• Gym, estate and hotel instructors — nothing; the facility covers workout coaching. They can buy any trainer plan themselves to add the Personal Trainer tools.
• Gym members, residents, hotel guests and invited clients — nothing; the facility or coach covers them. The Premium add-on is optional, for building workouts of their own.
• Gyms — a paid tier by member count, activated by your first payment. See Plans & limits.
• Hotels / corporate — quoted and activated by us rather than self-serve. See Hotel plans and Corporate plans.
