Apartment plans

Apartment and estate plans come in three shapes.

• Single Property — one apartment block or residential estate: resident registration and QR gym access, visitor passes and access control, community fitness challenges, usage tracking and reports.
• Multiple Estates — several estates under one management: a central dashboard across all properties, multi-admin access for management teams, estate-wide insights and advanced reporting. Priced from a starting monthly amount, sized to your portfolio.
• Property Group / Enterprise — developers and large portfolios, with custom pricing.

How accounts are set up

Apartment accounts are arranged with our team, not bought online. Register as an Apartment / Estate account and we will size the plan with you against the number of residents and facilities you run, then activate it. Larger developers and estate groups can be quoted a custom package.

Residents do not pay

Residents use AtgoraX as part of their building’s amenity — there is no resident subscription. Your plan pays for the AtgoraX platform only: the property or estate keeps managing its own resident membership, access and other payments, and AtgoraX does not collect any service-charge or membership money on your behalf. A resident who also wants the paid individual features can buy those separately for themselves.
